MiCollab Client Call History

Hi All,

this is hopefully a simple one but for the life of me, can't find anything....

I know you can set a missed calls limit for each person on the controller but is there somewhere you can set it in MiCollab?

the issue is, our users have so many calls listed in their MiCollab Client call history that it is taking an extended amount of time for new call records to show up in their client.

Any idea's or instruction is appreciated.

Nope

youmay be able to delete them but from memory even that is difficult

supposedly some client side management potiential is coming in release 8 but thats just been delayed again

If I never did anything I'd never done before , I'd never do anything.....
