I have a user who has advised that they are no longer receiving call history logs in their MiCollab Client. I have been doing a bit of research and found someone with a similar issue.
The person was using MiCollab 7.1 and wrote the following:
I ended up stopping the user's MiCollab client and renaming the callhistory.dat file in his local profile. When the client was restarted, it created a new callhistory.dat and brought in a few days worth of history. All seems to be working fine now.
I am using MiCollab 8.0.0.103 and can not see the callhistory.dat file on my local drive. Does anyone know if this is still an available option? and if not, is there another way I can be4 looking at this. I can confirm that I have refreshed monitors on a few occasions for this user with no luck.
