Micollab advance UM voicemail BLF control

Good day
I need help locating the reason voicemail and Advance UM integration stopped working.
Configuration:
Micollab 6.0.1.121.0
NuPoint UM 17.1.0.1.01
Mitel clustered environment (23 controllers, 5 local)
MAPI gateway (ver 10.0.0.11) on Windows 2012 R2 server
Exchange 2010 Hub server.

Voice message are delivered successfully to the exchange mailboxes.
When deleting messages from the exchange mailbox it does NOT delete on nupoint and thus also not remove message waiting lamp.

When accessing messages from phone:
Can delete messages and message lamp clears
Can NOT access email on exchange (option 3) - "please wait while I access you email - delay - the system is currently busy please try again later"

Deleting voice messages from email used to work - As usual nobody changed anything but it stopped working.

Any help will be greatly appreciated.

I have my suspicions..

Are you 100% certain that the MAPI or Hub servers have not been patched?
When was the last time the integration worked?
Has the MAPI gateway been rebooted?
Log files analyzed to confirm 2-way communication between NP-MAPI and MAPI-HUB?
Could any authentication credentials or account permissions have been changed on any of the servers?

Stopped working aprox 4 weeks ago.
Please elaborate on patched?

What log files can be of help.
Server App Log have MitelMAPIGateway.exe errors Ver 10.0.0.11 - I'll investigate these.

I've rebooted all the servers and the exchange services get restarted dayly.
Password have been checked - no changes there
