We have recently pushed out the above version of MiCollab, which has upgraded our users from MiCollab version 9.2.153.
So far its all gone to plan except for one Minor but incredibly annoying niggle.
Our call centre staff, are complaining that the ring volume is very loud, if they turn their laptop volume down, they then cannot hear the callers.
Has anyone come across this problem, and if so did they find a solution?
