MiCollab 9.1 with microsoft Team and MiVB 9.0

What are you using for your integration with Team to activate the softphone?

I saw two option certified by mitel, Call2teams and Microsoft Teams Direct Routing using AudioCodes Mediant.

What are you using?

We use Call2Teams as this only requires additional Multi-Device licensing from the Mitel perspective. The MiCollab user is able to enable/disable their MS Teams Softphone in their status as required. There's no presence integration between MiCollab and MS Teams clients but whilst MS Teams only allows a voice path between systems, our customers do quite like it.
