Micollab 9.1 no DTMF on VM login?

After setting up voicemail boxes in MiCollab/Nupoint I'm not getting DTMF digits going through to enter passcode when setting up VM box. In past I know it's a trusted network in Micollab that will cause this issue however both 3300 and Virtual MiCollab are on same subnet. Anything else cause this issue?

are you getting DTMF if you call another phone?

DTMF is sent over the RTP, so I would trace the call to see if I can see DTMF being sent out to the MiCollab.
If DTMF is sent with correct payload, then the issue will be on the MiCollab, and hence NuPoint config may need checking.
If DTMF is not sent from the MiVB, then MiVB needs to be checked.

Would also help to configure the External Visual VM (MiVB) as the IP address of the MiCollab and VM HG if you haven't done this yet.
