MICC Version 8 Setting Holiday Pattern

Can anyone advise if setting a Holiday using the pattern eg Last Monday in August should work ok? I think there were issues early doors and so we used to set them each year for the specific date.
Our Customer has set this up for the UK May and August Bank Holidays but reported that it didn't work in August. I did ask if it worked in May and he said he didn't get any complaints so I cant be sure if it worked then.
Does anyone know a)if it should work ok now and b)if there are any logs I can check to see if it was checking the dates.

With the amount of issues we have with MiCC , i wouldnt trust it to work

Should work fine. For logs just check the extension of your ivr ports log files. You will see the path / messages played.
