MICC proserve for CRM search masks

I ma a bit struggling with the search masks with the proserve connector.
The customer has Microsoft Dynamics and has different ways for entering the number for there relations.
But when i dial in the number format is including leading 0 (europe) and is 11 digits long.
When i create a mask with 11 # then there is a match but the numbers are all entered in to Dynamics with +31#########
What mask is needed as i tried it with ?? for the country code so that it can be any country code but the + needs to be stripped.
Is there a list of characters that can be used in the search mask?
When i call Mitel in our country than i get no answer about this.
I am lost and need some help

Unfortunately i cant help . looks like dynamics plugin is a Professional services only option , they don't normally publish their documentation . Only hope here is if someone else has done it .

The installation manual for this "professional service" is a joke and incomplete as well.
There is nothing mentioning the search masks.
