MiCC Outbound

when I configure outbound, the MiCC add two zero ad leading digits.
It should mention that there is not any digit in Outbound dialing prefix.
when I tick the external call in Make Call (in the outbound workflow)then the digits (two zeros) will be added.
I do not want eliminate the zeros in the Mitel controller. so, please let me know how can I delete them in the MiCC?

look at the media server settings for location , dont set the outbound as external , instead specify all digits for it to dial including access code .
