I have configured MiCC Callback and Outbound.Callback works correctly. unfortunately, the outbound workflow does not work. I mean when I run outbound workflow, the MiCC does not call to the configured numbers (in Outbound Excel). I run the ccs trace continuous command, but there is not any data (caller id in command screen)!!!
