Is it possible to filter emails from a particular "from" address on an email queue and forward those emails to an external email address please ?

Yes, using yoursite explorer look under multimedia then media servers.
You will have your email media server in there. Look at the inbound routing.
There will probably be scheduling and subject filter rules in there?
Add a new decision branch where you need it using the 'from' tool. Set it to match the email address you are interested in.
Under the matching branch add a 'transfer' to the external email address that you want the original email to go to (then terminate workflow because you probably don't need to continue.)
Anything not matching will continue through your workflow as normal.
I don't have access to a system right now. The multimedia install guide says the following:-
To transfer an interaction to an external email address
1. Select the Transfer activity.
2. Click Properties and, in the Destination field, type the external email address to which interactions are transferred.
3. Select External Transfer.
4. Click Save.
