Micc Messaging port out of service

Hi All
I've created a messaging port on Mitel mic integrated with MivB But the ports are still out of service and not registered What to check to solve this issue
I've confirmed that COS is correct I've added the workflow under Huntgroup pilot number

What to check to solve this issue?

restart the inbound router service - the ports should register when that starts

Yes I already assigned the workflow under huntgroup. which it's reflected to the port as well

windows service inbound router , stop it and then start it
- needs to be done after adding ports
( or reboot the server)

On the MiVB did you assign a COS to the message port (RAD) with the correct timers set for the recording length? if not, then the MiVB will take the RAD out of service.
