Hi Mitel people.

I am currently in the middle of trying to get Contact Center to work for remote workers. Its cloud so that's everyone.

I Have MBG Connector installed and the tunnel gets established no problem.
However i get an error on YSE Or CC Client and CCMWeb doesn't work?

Guessing i have missed something or not done some thing somewhere but what?

ON YSE i get the Error "the Authentication Service was unable to authorize the user. An exception occurred during a WebClent request.

I have never done remote workers before on CCM. It all works fine locally so am guessing i have not done something on the MBG maybe?

I have accepted the clients cert, the MiCC connector is enabled and it has the correct IP.

Any help would be great, especially before i go mad....

Thanks

Someone has to learn how to do it!

did you create a minet MBG user account for each of the PC's - you need to do that using the mac address created on the Connector and enable them

If I never did anything I'd never done before , I'd never do anything.....

Thanks Billz66,

That is exactly what I didn't do...

I have a bigger problem now. my _admin account is no longer allowed to log in. I get not authorized or no license.
I have checked the security role and that still says I am allowed.

Any clues as to that?

I have tried using SQL to create an _admin to see if that might fix it. (It didnt) Then i tried to turn a normal user into an admin and that i dont think did anything (maybe i did it wrong) the security role didnt change anyway.

Thanks

What version MiCC are you using ?
is it set for Ad authentication ?
