Hi
From where can I get Micc business compatibility matrix? that mentioned MIccB ver will work with Mivb, which release
Thanks

The Compatibility Matrix is a interactive website on Mitel's dealer portal. Its not something that can be downloaded and sent to someone. You'd have better luck looking for the information you want in the release notes of the MIccB.

For example, looking at the latest MIccB release notes for 10.1.0.5, its shows that the following MiVB versions are listed as compatible:
10.1 SP1, 10.1, 10 SP1, 10, 9.4, 9.3, 9.2, 9.1 SP2, 9.1 SP1, 9.0 SP3, 8.0 SP3

Log into miaccess.mitel.com
go to the compatibility matrix on the left-side menu.
Step 1 - Select Applications
Step 2 - select MiContact Center Business (MiCC-B). to the right of that you can select the release version of MiCC-B, or skip over it and select Compatible with - select platforms and MiVB.

You can also do the search in reverse with patforms/MiVB compatible to applications/MiCC-B.

The matrix appears to have been updated to only show the versions that are still supported. - MiCC 9.3 to 10.1 and MiVB 9.4 to 10.1.

If you don't have access to that, please post the version numbers of what you're wanting to see.

FYI the DRNs and sys eng guide no longer include usefull information like compatible versions - they have references to the same crappo matrix
most of the recent versions go back to MIVB 8.0SP3 ( last version before vxworks change and additional RAM for physical servers )
