MICC 9.2.1 agent appear logged in from midnight until for the first call

Hi all,
I have a strange reporting on MiCC Agent Event by Period.

The agent is starting the job and log in in the morning at 07:05 AM until 01:34:54 PM ,but also appear logged in from 12:00AM - 7:05AM.

The report that I am running is "Agent Event by Period (hh:mm:ss)"

I am confused and I don't know the reason why this agent is reported as logged outside his normal shift .

I have opened a ticket with Mitel and they advice me to upgrade to 9.2.1. and set the 24/7 .
Done that but I have the same result

are you sure that they are logging out ? perhaps they are on make busy or absent from the skill group when they leave
for teh 2 users that had 13 hr shift time they did have 8:40 hrs of idle

If I never did anything I'd never done before , I'd never do anything.....
