Hi All,
I have an issue with MICC 8.1.4 I just installed when try login I get an error "The authentication services was unable to authorize the user. unable to connect to remote server"

I have uninstall and reinstall it and the same issue.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I'm not insane, my mother had me tested!

Check your server in YSE name matches the hostname of the Windows Server.

Sarond, That would be a problem as he cannot log in :)

Bonker1974, raise a ticket or tr seach for a document where you can reset to the default login.
You have to do this within SQL and i have done that once but i cannot recall how.
Also i raised a ticket at the time and someone from Mitel changed something in SQL and i could get in again but i had probably a different issue.

Hi All,
I got it resolved. I installed the MICC as the administrator but created an account an account for the MICC. Once I login using the MICC account it worked.

Thanks for your help.
