Ok I'm trying to figure out why our MICB isnt working. We almost never use it but for some reason a few days ago they wanted it working.
I currently have 2 long term confrences setup. The number are programmed as ACDNs in the Nortel. When you call the numbers they just ring and ring. Does anybody have any idea? I know very little if nothing about the MICB. I'm running a CS1000 Option 81 with release 7. We just recently went to release 7 in Feb so could that be the issue. Any help is apppreciated. Thanks
