MICB Mail confirmation

Hi all,
I installed MICB Card on my system and it is working fine.I can create meeting and i can join it. My question is, how can i send an information e-mail to the users? I set the IP adress of e-mail server and the `from` user field. But i couldn`t find any settings how can i invite people or how can i send the information mail to desired users.

Do it from the admin login.
you can configure the user accounts from there and which message it will send to your users.
( i use MICB version 3 )

I can do this but it is not what i want to do. For example, i am a user and i want to create a meeting with 4 persons. I want to send a notification mail to this 4 persons(include time,date,paswords...).My problem is i couldn't find how can i choose this 4 persons.

I haven't found this either. I just tell them to forward the email without the chairperson details.
