Original report that calls cut off after 10 minutes.After tracing calls and speaking to agents what happens is calls from MICA card will go to Sympossium and after agent call is established the call will look like a cutoff however the agent cannot be heard, at that time they will place call and hold, then go back in and pick up call and continue with call. I have tested incoming DID PRI by bypassing MICA and going directly to ACD Quevia Sympossim, no issues when calling via new ACD number and bypassing MICA...any new solutions would be appreciated...
