Hi there,

I am trying to find out if it is possible to define limitations/rules in MIB files. For example it would be great if I can limit the number of OID's in any single SNMP message to my hardward to 1. So is it possible to do this sort of thing in the MIB file so that the SNMP manager will enforce this sort of limit?

Cheers

Im not sure I understand the question. One Cisco routers, snmp views can be enabled to permit or deny specific snmp information ...
