Good Afternoon

One of our clients running Ip office V2 (8.0) requested the SNMP MIB files to connect their Pabx to a monitoring software.

We forwarded the IPO-MIB.mib from the MIB foler is the 8.0 administration cd.

The client got back to us and said they they need OID files for Fan, Temperature, Flash, Expansion Module to be able to monitor them from their PRTG monitoring system and these werent found on this file.

Any Idea which files should they use?

Thanks
Antoine

Im sure these arent available esp since their are no fans in the unit!

PRTG should be accessing live data via SNMP. There shouldn't be any files involved.

IPO doesn't give you really much information about sys states like temp etc through SNMP. So you can take the available MiBs and perform a snmpwalk (SNMPv1!) and interpret the available values.
