Has anybody used the Mi-Alert mi-MCT385 multi-cell phone in place of the KX-TCA385?
It registers fine with the Panasonic TDA155/158 base stations. Calls can be made and received without issue and the phones seem to handoff between base stations as they should.
The only problem I have is when paging. When a person dials *3301, you hear the PBX page tone, and then you hear what sounds like the DTMF tones. So instead of just the beep-beep announcement, you hear five or six beeps. It doesn't matter if you dial the number, use it as a contact or a F-Key, they all behave the same.
The older TCA385 phones page fine, it is just the MCT385 phones.
