MGX Issue

Getting these errors;

On Main Board-interrupt error: MGX Cardlan access is seized by other side 1
On Daughter board- The card lan is seized forcibly

These errors occur after a successful upgrade.
I've swapped out FMD's and the errors still occur after upgrade.
I'm guessing hardware but don't know.
Anyone seen this before?
