I get this error
Mgs:: Shutting down due to MPS communication failure
all ip sets get disconnected when this happen.

any ideas?

This is an internal software error. MPS is a software module that is used by several other modules related to IP telephony functions. Without MPS, software driving IP phones and IP trunks cannot operate. If your BCM isn't fully patched, you should install all available updates.
