I am facing problem to run manager procedures in all clients and itself in server
when ever i have tried to open its giving me page cannot displayed

i have restarted IIS admin and World wide web service
also reinstall IIS from windows add/remove programs

server OS is windows 2003 sp2
firewall is also off and server is also not on domain server is on workgroup

Try below solution

1. Right-click on the Internet Explorer shortcut and select 'Properties"
2. Click the 'Connections' tab
3. Click the 'LAN Settings' button
4. Click the checkbox to "Use a proxy server for your LAN"
5. In the address box type 127.0.0.1 or the ip address of the server (port can be left blank)
6. Click the 'Advanced' button
7. In the Exceptions box, type *.* (very important. If you do not define this exception, the site will not be able to access the internet.)
8. Click 'ok' until the Internet Explorer properties are closed.
****If the manager procedures will not open on WS4 or win32client you will follow the steps above but on the client and put the ip address of the server instead.****

Yes its working but i did all the above thing it was not working then i make IIS config file from another server and restore in this server now its working
thanks for your reply

Cool. My suggestion would have been to go to the ManagerProcedures directory, and in there, there is a batch file called REGISTERIIS.BAT. As the name suggests, it registers the IIS manager Procedures ASP website. It only needs to be run on Windows 2003 servers, never on XP. Good work.

thanks DrZogg for your reply
if i will face same problem again then i will try this also
