MGP Lot Tracking Problem

I am trying to test Lot tracking in the Fabrikam company within MGP version 8.0 but for some reason I can not get the Lot/Serial window to display in the Receiving Transaction Entry screen.

I have verified that the Item i am receiving is setup to track lots and I have also tested the Inventory Transaction window and that works fine.

Is there sometthing else that needs to be setup for the POP?

Any help would be appreciated.

You do not have to do anything in POP setup.
The lot window should automatically pop up when receiving. Occasionally, the user needs to exit the application and then re-log in after making a change.....

Good luck sounds like if it works in item transaction entry - it certainly should work in receiving entry without additional setups.....
