MGE UPS email alerts in Celsius

Have set up our MGE Pulsar EX 3200 RT UPS environmental setting to Fahrenheit, however when the UPS sends out an email alert, it sends it in Celsius:
example:
Environment sensor : Temperature is above high threshold 30 °C


any and all help is appreciated.
