My MGC will not boot up. It gets stuck on Booting ARM1 (CPS)at 0x80010000 and the display on the face plate shows LOAD.

Can anyone help?

Can you connect a laptop with ProComm and watch the boot ? Is this by chance a new MGC ?

I've seen a number of MGCs fail out of box prior to the most recent GA release of the hardware. Seems the Chinese manufacturing quality assurance is not up to Canadian standards.
