I'm upgrading a CS1000 to 7.0 with two new MGCs. They have the correct CLAN and TLAN info and get Registration granted on the call server. They get the correct loop and shelf, but one doesn't get the centralized software upgrade. If I "stat ucm sys" in load 117 they come back as unregistered. I try to login to the cards thru <ctrl>LDB or OAM but the passwords don't work. I can login as PDT2 but dont have permission to join the security domain. I thought the password it is looking for is the same used in UCM or the call server but they don't work. Does anyone know if there is a default password I should be using?

You must use the password of a second level, which authorities used the upgrade Admin2

I've tried the admin2 password from prior to and after the upgrade (when the call server joins the sec domain the old passwords don't work and you build new users thru the signaling/primary security server) I've tried the nortel and root passwords and have built new level 2 users but still no good. Is there a way to reset the MGC password?
