MGC doesnt register to PCS

Hi everyone,

My Media Gateway with not register back to Primary Call Server after a power outage. It registers locally ok to itself AltCallServer2
I have 3 sites. PCS, AltCS1 and AltCS2.
I see a heartbeat mismatch error on PCS.
If i disocnnect the Elan on Alt Call Server 1, Alt Calll Server 2 register to Primary Call Server right away?

Any help much appreciated
