MG1010 chassis fans speed 2

1.CS1000E Rls. 6.0 with MG1010 19" rackmount chassis(4 pcs.)
The MGC card settings seems to be O.K. (last L/W version), the MGU (utility card) has all LEDs green, the PBX is working but the fan's speed and noise are too higher.
Please tell me some actions to get fans at the lower speed (and noise).

2.The MGU card(NTC314AAE6) is "very sensitive"; two times the on board ringer generator was damaged (on different cards).
It is possible to be a faulty series?

Not to use a pun on your name but I think it is ludacris that your fan speed/noise is too high - whom is the judge that is telling you that your system is higher than it should be?? It should be basically similiar to a core network switch fan/noise so I can't imagine it being louder than that. Maybe you need to check line voltage?

I agree with Neil that the MGU could be just having issues related to the things he mentioned. I also agree that there isn't a setting or whatnot to make the 1010 more quiet :)
