I have CS 1000 6.0 If a MG XPEC card reboots, some of the phones (2616 or 2008) on that card do not come up clean. The phones flash like there disabled, I have tried unplugging the phone, reseating the Digital Line Card. All to no avail. The only thing that brings the phones up is reseating the MG XPEC card. Does any one know of a fix. We are working with Avaya, and so far no fix. We have 12 cards and all of them do this. Thanks in Advance.

Hi Latvia1
We have had exactly the same problem. Avaya worked on it, and the solution is a new FPGA loadware AA19 for the XPEC cards. Avaya can look in this case 101031-25132 in the old Nortel cases.
So ask Avaya for this loadware, and it works
