Mg 80 Limited mode

good morning I have a mg 80 with sw R3.5.21 does not make me make outgoing calls and limited mode comes out on the display can you help me solve this problem thanks
can i do a hard reset?

Hi Franco,

I had one do that at the end of it's maintenance period. I believe the emg80 shouldn't go in to limited mode under any condition, it is only meant to be UCP that does. Contact your Technical Support, they issued a new maintenance licence which solved it and when that one expired the system was fine.
