Is there a way to add a board in surrogate programming, I am in need of additional MFM extensions. We have one carrier that is full and need a few MFM numbers for DID calls that have no physical ports. Magix 2.2 system.

You can, but AVAYA will not support it. As well, when you do add another board to the system, all those ext will need to be re-programmed. The way you add a board is through Boards in the main SPM screen. Then enter the slot number, and the board type. My suggestion would be to add them through calling groups. You would renumber the calling group to the did number and assign the overflow for you vm hunt group. The only disadvantage is you can't use VM transfer on calling groups, you would have to just use transfer.
