Hi,
I'm using Visual C++ 2005 Express Edition, and recently found out that MFC programs won't compile because you need to download and install the Platform SDK separately for that. So I did, and now I have all the required include files. However, I still don't have any of the MFC .lib files! :( (I have the 64-bit MFC .lib files, but I doubt that would help me much).

Does anyone know where I can get the proper 32-bit MFC .lib files?

The express edition of VC++.NET 2005 will only allow you to build native 32-bit apps using the SDK or manage code with the .net libraries only, you do not get the MFC/ATL/ATL server libraries. If you get the standard edition you will get the additional libraries.

Thanks, I gave up on the MFC idea and just switched to the raw Windows API's instead.
