I'm getting a application error when running the Citrix Server Administration app. The error message:

"The instruction at "0x0145f477" referenced memory at "0x00000014". The memory could not be "read".

Click on OK to terminate the application
Click on CANCEL to debug the application
------

I am running NT 4.0 Terminal Server (SP6) with Citrix Metaframe 1.8. I got this problem after installing a few security patches.

I read up on this problem on Citrix's support site:

After following the same procedure, I still get the problem!

What next?

Thanks, I think I found the solution.

On the Citrix support site, I was able to find the help file:

Which states:

A simple workaround that does not affect the Microsoft operating system is to locate the following registry key:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\WindowsNT\CurrentVersionHotfix

For any of the hotfix keys, locate the "Installed On" registry entry for Q article and change it from a REG_SZ to a REG_DWORD with a value of zero (0).

After going through each key, I was able to get the Citrix Administrator application up w/o the warning message and Dr. Watson.
