Hi
For those of you who are running REX/MEX around the world, I would appreciate if you could promptly give me feedback whether this solution of yours includeds displaying of original a-number, pls as well indicate your marked and operator. Also if possible indicate as well if the solution includes some extra services in public network , e.g. IN (intelligent node ) node.
The reason for this is that I want to know whether it is only my marked and my operator who is acting reluctant to this feature or not. So far they have shown very little cooperation willingness on this matter.
Thanks in advance for your cooperation.

Hi Duvel, I work at Bravida Communications AB in Sweden. Developing MEX has been a project with the GSM-Operator. Two Operators in sweden support MEX, Telia and Vodafone. There is a lot of services from the GSM-operator to get tne A-number to work correctly. To get the A-number to work the customer has to have a separate connection from the MD110 to the GSM-operator otherwise it will never work. ALso the format of the sent number has to be right. I tried to modify the TON (Type pf number) with different NUTRI-commands and I got everyting to work fine. Nevertheless you have to work with the GSM-operator to get the A-number to work.

Best Regards TheLander

To get a proper original A-number presentation you also need the MD110 system licence Original-A-Number, FAL1040278. Think this licence is standard as of BC11 SP9. The functionality of course also has to be activated (ALEX).
