MEUPDATE error message

I have tried updating 2 win2k machines (dat update)everything updates except for "Update/Upgrade WinNt" I get the error message "failed to find meupdate task".

can someone help me find a solution to this.

The answer is in your message. You tried updating Win2K machines w/ Management Edition. ME was released long before Win2K came up and i don't believe its compatible. Try ePO.

If you have installed virusscan 4.5.1 there is a problem for which Mcafee release a patch.

This version of vscan can't create some registry entry.

Write to tech-support-europe [tech_support_europe@NAI.com ] describing your prblem to have the pacth.
