I am using metrologic MS1690 barcode scanner.
I found from the configuration guide to send the barcode data in Alt mode i.e. For ex, for the ascii value 16 it will send the key strokes as ALT+Num pad 0+Num Pad 1+ NumPad6.

When I set up barcode scanner to do this, it is sending all the characters this way. Alphabets and numbers.

Is there a way to send only the unprintable characters in the Alt mode and rest all as normal keys for metrologic ?
I have a barcode from CODE which does this.
