Metrics Manager Questions

I have the following questions regarding Metrics Manager:

1) Is there a way to create a calculated metric from another (child) metric if the child metric does not have a target? In our example, the child metric is Total calls received into a Call Center. This metric does not have a target since we do not know how many calls we will have a day. Our calculated parent metric is Number of calls successfully answered by VRU. This is a calculation based on the Total Number of Calls Received. This metric has a target of 10% of Calls Received. Is there a way to calculate this metric without having a target set for Total Number of Calls?

2) Is there a way to set the calculation for a calculated metric? For example, the calculation for Number of Calls Successfully answered by VRU is to add it to the Total Calls Received. Is there somewhere I can specify the calculation (add, sum, divide or multiply). The only options I see are the weighted average, min, max, and majority rules.

3) Is there a way to have two time dimensions on one scorecard? We have a custom time dimension called cycles. There are 20 cycles in a month. In the best situation, we need a way to show cycle number and calendar date in one scorecard. If we can’t do that, we need the ability to show cycle number on one scorecard and calendar on another scorecard. These scorecards are siblings (they have the same parent scorecard).

Thank you for your help
