Metrics informtation is incorrect

I have just visited the management console and looked at Settings>Metrics.
It is flagging up that I have:
(2 unlicensed user(s) logged on) Need to purchase additional licenses

also it says that I have a report pending.

there are no other users/pc's logged onto CE and as far as I know there are no reports pending. how can I clear the metrics down or 'force' a disconnection to these users?

Tut, tut... You need to tell us software version, Database, and OS (at least) for every quesion. It's unreasonable to expect anyone to remember or search for this information and it is normally very important.

So here's an incomplete answer: Restart CMS.

I always seem to forget the important stuff.
I'm running CE 10 using my own PC as a web-server (using IIS)

I did the 'new' install and that created an MSSQL database (I think..)
i'm very new to all this and learning as I go, so I apologise for my severe lack of Enterprise know-how!!
