Metric Based on Prompt Selection

Hello,

Is there a way to alter the metric being displayed on the report, based on a filter selection that the user has made ?
Lets say there is a filter "Product Type" and there are two possible values. There is a Metric by the field name "Target" in the report. Based on the Product Type selected, the value in the "Target" should change. Please note that this "Target" is stored in one of the Dimension tables.

Ya, this should be possible by a "case" or "decode" statement depends on your database. The syntax is kinda like "case when then when then ... else end". You can use applysimpel and bind it with a fact or a metric on the fact table (when prod type can interact with the metric), then it should do the magic for you.
