Method via Nortel keycode website to change Distributor

Hello Guys

Recently I browsed through a thread and had noticed that a member had replied back with a Method via Nortel's keycode website to change the Distributor ownership. I've got a few customers that were with a different maintainer and it's a problem getting hold of the keycodes. Usually it's not a major problem, but it would be nice if we can get the ownership changed without any hassle.

If anybody does know, then can they reply back please?.

It's easier now with one license that contains all keycodes.
With customers coming from other distributors i usually generate a try'n'buy keycode and then my company has the ownership..

You need to go to the partner log in and change the distributor there.

Ahh! Found it. Log into Nortel and click on Support and Training. At the bottom right on that page you should see Support Services under Other Resources. The Distributor of Record change request is right there.
