Method not Found error

Hello,
I have a user who is trying to import data from a Olap Cube on a Web page, into Excel 2003. Once excel is open and it actually imports. It gives the following error: "The Http server returned the following error: Method not Found", after clicking ok. You then get the following error. "Errors in the OLE DB provider. An error occurred while loading the connection dialog box component for prompting.", after click ok again, anything you click on will just repeat the errors again. The users can go to another machine and it works fine. So we know it is a machine problem but can not find any differences between them. We have receated the profiles and no difference there either.

Any help would be great!

Instead of clicking OK, click Debug.

Hi Skip,
Thank you for your response, but there is no debug button. It is a simple error box within Excel, you can click the X or click on OK. Nothing else.
