METERING : can not find software in use

Hello experts,

I installed Software metering and I registered some software that I'd like to monitor;
I enabled the option FORCE REAL-TIME LICENSE VERIFICATION
When I'm going in the software Metering tools, I have no problem to see the UNLICENSED software but I can not see the LICENSED software that I registered;

==> the field "IN USE" remains to 0 but I start the application on the client and
"Detail of active license in use" displays nothing

Is there an another option to activate if I want to have the real-time license verification of the products that I defined ?
