HI there, I am currently testing Metaframe XPa on a 2K server. Now what I am testing is the ability to publish a desktop. HOwever I am not sure how or where to go in and limit or add programs to the start menu's of each user. I thought I was under the document and settings then the user name but I may be wrong. Any information on how to publish a basic desktop would be great!
Thanks

Backup and edit the Default User and All Users profiles in %systemroot%\Documents and Settings. You can remove icons from the Start Menu and Desktop folders.

You will then need to delete the users' profiles before they log in.

Hope this helps CitrixEngineer@yahoo.co.uk

Very important addenda: Check before deleting that users have not saved data into the My Documents folders (this is one of the most stupid things about the default behaviour of profiles). If they have, it will need to be moved (obviously!). CitrixEngineer@yahoo.co.uk
