When a user is logged into citrix from a remote location, if the citrix session is left idle it disconnects, when the user attempts to reconnect the server opens a new session, it does not connect it back to the disconnected session.
In the citrix connection manager under advanced settings
timeout settings are set to
Connection => no timeout, disconnection => no timeout, idle => no timeout.
Reconnect sessions disconnected is set to => from this client only.
(a) What can I do to prevent disconnects from occurring when the session is idle
(b) If I cannot prevent the disconnect, how can I ensure that when the user reconnects he/she connects to the disconnected session
