Metaframe Presentation Server Connection Interrupted error 1

We are trying to give a user access to our Citrix server from his home. When he launches the program it goes thru the connection process, negotiating capabilities and then it returns an error that says "Metaframe presentation server connection interrupted. An unrecoverable error has occured. No furhter reconnections will be attempted. Please close this dialog box and try again later."

Then it gives the option for more details and that says "The network connection to your application was interrupted. Try to access your application later, or contact technical support."

Any ideas on what the problem could be??

Does the home user have a firewall? Ports 1604 and 1494 need to be open for the ICA client to connect.

Sounds like a possible licensing problem.

Give this a try on your user's home workstation:

Make sure the user has write access on his workstation to:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\MSLicensing\Store

Force a TS cal to be replaced on the client,
remove this key:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\MSLicensing\Store\LICENSE00x
Then logon again.
