I thought I'd posted this, but can't find the thread.

Anyway, a new chapter has just come out which covers licensing and load-balancing, amongst other things.

OK, it skims them, but it's still worth knowing about this book, since it's well-written and free :)

As if to coincide with the pulling of the excellent Powerpoint presentation on printing that used to exist - thanks for all the e-mails - the latest chapter of the on-line book covers this very subject.
