Metaframe 1.8 and USB Printers

Does Metaframe 1.8 (SP4) support USB redirection.
The doc CTX816193 on the citrix KB states that it does, however I had problems setting up a HP LJ1300 when the Metaframe 1.8 server was SP2.

Anybody using a USB printer attached locally to the PC ?

As far as I know MF 1.8 only supports LPT and COM port re-direction and not USB.

I have a similar problem, but with a Lexmark X6170 USB printer. All the links look right... the job queues to my local print manager but nothing prints.
